To whom it may concern,

in connection with the application as of May 25, 2018. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter referred to as RODO, we inform you that:

At the same time, we would like to inform you that due to the highest standards of personal data protection applied by us, there may be a situation in which we will not provide certain information without prior verification of your identity.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Performing the contract concluded with us, which means, among other things, contacting us by phone and e-mail, sending documents related to the performance of the hotel service (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);

Performing our legal obligations, such as issuing a VAT invoice, keeping accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA).

For the purpose of possibly establishing, investigating or defending against claims being the realization of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)RODO);

For archival (evidentiary) purposes being the realization of our legitimate interest in securing information in case we need to prove facts (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Your personal data will be processed for the period of time necessary to realize the purposes of processing, listed in sec. 4.

With regard to the conclusion and execution of the contract, establishment, investigation or defense against claims – until the completion of its execution, and after that time for the period required by law or to secure possible claims, i.e. until the expiration of the statute of limitations;

In the event that a contract is not concluded within 2 months, personal data obtained for the purpose of concluding the contract will be deleted immediately;

With regard to data processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations – for the time in which the relevant provisions of law impose an obligation to store, but not less than the period in which we may incur the legal consequences of failure to fulfill a legal obligation.

At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data processed for the purposes indicated in Article 4 (d) and (e) of the RODO. In this case, we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to process your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data are necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.

In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

Access to the content of your data and to receive a copy of it,

Rectification of your data,

Deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”), in the cases specified in Article 17 of the RODO,

Restriction of data processing,

To object to data processing,

Data portability.

Your personal data may be accessed by entities that support us in providing hospitality services (processors), e.g. accounting services.

Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization;

If you consider that our processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO or the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000), you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

To the extent that the processing of your personal data takes place for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract to which we are a party, the provision of your data may be a condition of its conclusion. Provision of data is voluntary, however, if you fail to provide such data, the conclusion and implementation of the contract, may become impossible.
